Hi everyone who reads my blog, today we are having a no paper day in our class. This friday My family and I are going to Redeer for the Main Event. If you dont know what that is its a horse event that takes place in Redeer. It is going to be a lot of fun. Can not wait till friday.

weather

today the weather is BAD, BAD, BAD. It is snowing and raining at the same time.
We had to stay in and I did not like that, I would rather go outside even in this BAD, BAD, BAD weather.

It is suppose to get worse..... BOO WOO an YEAH at the same time. It is complicated.

Changes---- Christy's Diary

Christy is a girl that was adopted and is trying to find her birth mother. For our project we are suppose to journal what Christy's life is like a year after she meets her birth mother and what we think about opened adoption. So here is what I think she would say and be feeling. Here it goes:

March 4, 1992

I am now 20 years old and it has been 1 year since I met my birth mother and living life to the fullest. I am in touch with my birth mother and adoptive mother but I now have my own place and they come to visit regularly. I am completing my college education in Social work.


I think opened adoption is great. It gives the adopting parents info that they need to care for the child properly. It also gives the birth parents an idea of what the adopting parents are like and adopting parents an idea of what the birth parent are like.
